For some reason I only have book 3 in my tbr, it’s this series a standalone or you really need to read the previous books?

Yes, you can absolutely read it as a standalone!I liked how the book focuses on the main characters, so you won’t feel lost at all. The other couples from the series do show up, but I love how the author makes sure it’s not confusing even if you haven’t read the previous books.
