It’s no wonder Sansa ends up a Lannister. Wishing death on Arya, believing Joffrey/Cersei over her own blood and wolf. She gave up on her family so quickly. Too easily influenced by fiction and fairytales.

Robert is a complete fool.

Did Catelyn’s own sister plot with Littlefinger to start a war between the Lannisters and Starks? And leave her sister so unprepared while she keeps her swords close while she hides in the sky….hmmm

Of course Cersei arranged to have Littefinger frame Tyrion. And Ned was told directly not to trust Petyr by the man himself. He and Catelyn still believe in honor when the Lannisters and their allies have none. If only Catelyn knew the Frey were no longer loyal.

Aerys Targaryen kills Brandon and his father; Rhaegar Targaryen kills Lyanna; and now Robert has doomed Eddard. When a Stark travels South they die.

1. It’s a wonder Robert found the gall to start a war over Lyanna but can’t summon the balls to defend Ned and his children from Cersei’s bloodthirst. That damn direwolf spelled it out clearly and Bran’s vision of shadows hovering over them rings ominously.

2. Catelyn should’ve let Brandon kill Petyr. Her mercy did her no good now that it’s her turn at the end of a sword.
