the only qualm i have with this books are the blatant references and reasons that both Maya and Hawk say outloud that are used to highlight the age-gap MANY times just in the first half of the book. Of course, part of it is to highlight and disguise Conor’s qualm with their romance but like damn it almost feels a little excessive.

Almost halfway through! Enjoying it a lot so far. The side characters are actually adding entertainment and character development to both Maya and Conor like you would see in a good rom-com. LovE how bold and fearless Maya is and how much kind of an butthole Conor is when it comes to how he disguises how he feels for her
