Ah. Lucas’s fathers were over come with grief at the loss of 2 circle members and a child that they neglected the children they still had. And the environment said children lived in. By the time they snapped out of their grief they witnessed everything and decided the problem was too big to handle. Now all they do is provide financially.

Go dame. 5 stars. I loved how realistic this book was. How every relationship mattered and tied back to create our characters. I also loved Grace’s parents. It’s not often u read a book where the world is set in a polygamy setting and the parents are still alive and are polyamorous. That was refreshing. I’ll probably read the next book. Like tomorrow.

I think new circle members are revealed when all current members touch. Like if Apollo and Grace touched Dylan at the same time? I’m not giving up on Dylan and Vincent being circle member. I’m still not sure about Kai but he appears enough for it to be a possibility.

I bet Apollo was with Vincent.
He casually smoked as people came over to us,Lucas happily soaked in the attention. He was like a king as people came to him with a type of adoration, each knowing Lucas, each congratulating us drunkenly on finding each other.

So many questions were waiting for me to ask. Why a koi fish? Did that hold meaning? And why was he hiding it?
“Did you get that new pain you were longing for?” It felt unnerving asking that question. I didn’t want him to be in pain at all.
“Not really, I was still recovering, and my leg was useless at the time. But there were some moments I treasured.

Oh yah I’m going with my theory on Grace being the heart of the circle meaning people only recognize each as being part of the circle once they touch Grace. That’s why Dylan was sad when he found on Grace and Apollo were in the same circle. Because Dylan had obviously touch Apollo and felt nothing.

I focused on the sheet trying to ignore my guilt at feeling that way. My hand shook as I put the information correctly. Apollo was quick and had already finished before he shifted behind me. I could feel his heat and the shift of my hair as he breathed in and out. I felt the tug of my soul. It rippled with attention.
It felt like he was dancing with it. Wild and untamed, that’s what his soul did to me.

“Fucking tap that pencil again, I dare you!” Apollo shouted as he pointed at Carson with aggression, making some of the other students struggle to hold both of them back. Carson pulled against the various hands as he came back with his own curses.
“You are fucking crazy, man!” He shouted as he rubbed away blood from his eyebrow that was starting to swell.

Not to sure about Kai being part of the circle now.
The first break came quickly. We were all hanging out in the cafeteria before Julia jumped in one of the spare seats at our table that we were sitting around.
“Transfers! End of next month, it’s been confirmed!” Julia said to Kristina and Hannah.

Apollo/ Lucas’s mom probably died on his birthday or giving birth to him or saving him.
And he created a new persona to hide his grief.

Bags in my hands. I couldn’t help but have a big smile on my face. It had been a long time since we had a mother and daughter day out, and I loved how mom was being. We giggled like teenagers as we tried on clothes that weren’t our styles and even went to a salon to get our nails done.
It was refreshing and carefree, and I wondered if this was what she was like at my age.

87%Thank you.” He whispered into my mouth as he kissed me when he turned me to face him. I could taste myself in his mouth.
“Should I say that to you?” I asked, feeling high as I tried to catch my breath.
Lucas gave a small smile, the feeling of void was gone from him, and I prided myself a little smugly for making him happy again.
“Let’s get ready for bed. It’s still a school night.” Lucas spoke softly, he adjusted my clothes.
“What about you?” I asked, feeling a little bit foolish. My eyes went to his hardness that was straining in his pants.
“Another time.” He waved his hand as he showed me the door to the bathroom. “Wash up and come to bed.” He muttered, kissing me before handing me my toiletries bag.
I must be slightly dazed as I didn’t notice him getting it.
It wasn’t until then it hit me what we had done. The high I felt was slowly wearing off as I stood in the bathroom gasping for air. I didn’t regret it, but a part of me felt selfish to experience such a feeling just after Lucas broke down. His pain, his longing and that deep dark pit I knew he was experiencing was a concerning feeling.
I groaned, putting my burning face in my hands as what we had done flooded back to me. His touches and words were a powerful weapon.
How did anyone face someone after they did those things?
The overwhelming need to never show my face to Lucas sounded pleasing.
He wouldn’t mind me sleeping in the bathroom, right?
But I felt the tug in my soul. Lucas felt my nervousness and sent over a calming wave, calling me back to him.
Lucas was in bed once I finished up and built up the courage to face him. I did wish I was still riding that high. In that state, I felt like I could say or do anything without care.
Lucas naked chest was on show when I came in. He opened the covers inviting me to slip inside. His eyes took everything in as I wobbled towards him. I felt the wave of shyness as he looked at my nightie.
“Come here,” He murmured, his arms open for me to be enveloped. Lucas felt like my own hot water bottle as I snuggled up to him. I froze as I felt his hard-on against my butt, still rigid and stiff against me. Feeling him made my thighs shuffle and squeeze as that low ache came back again.
“I’m not going to do anything.” Lucas mumbled, squeezing me tightly with a slight thrust forward, his nose nuzzling the back of my hair. “Just let me hold you, please.” His arm tightened around me, pulling me closer to his body. Feeling his heat and hard lines, his firm chest, and the soft pounding beat of his heart.
“Lucas?” I asked, feeling brave now that I was facing away from him.
“Hmm?”
“Why so much…stuff?” I wanted to say rubbish, but I knew someone’s rubbish is another one’s treasure. But I found it odd how they had so many things that weren’t furniture.
Lucas stiffened behind me but after a deep breath he relaxed. I thought he wasn’t going to answer but after a moment’s pause, he whispered.
“My dads keep stuff that reminds them of her. They can’t throw anything away.” He said simply. He didn’t need to further explain who she was.
Nothing else was said between us and as the clock ticked Lucas didn’t do anything. His soft breathing and steady heart were enough for me to settle down and relax into a deep slumber.
88%I was determined for him to find a home in mine. I never wanted him to feel lonely again.
Mine and Lucas’s relationship had started to shift since sleeping over at his place. He was far more open with his emotions with me than he had been the last few weeks. He was trying not to put his front up as much, but any negative emotions he still felt the need to smother. It was a natural instinct for him to do so. I sometimes had to remind him it was okay to feel the negative.
Lucas still had a temper with people who hissed and spat nasty things at us during school. Our counseling sessions weren’t well either, they tried many times to shame Lucas. They circled and attacked us with vile words while the teacher did nothing. It was horrible but I had a sick feeling Lucas was used to it. He tried not to react for my benefit but his anger at them all would times cause a chaotic session for both of us, leaving before it ended. Lucas and I were a team and I tried to be by his side no matter what.
During the school week, it felt like Kristina was avoiding me. She was quiet and had been going off by herself. I noticed she got up while I sat down, she would turn the opposite way to where I was going. It hurt as I didn’t know what I had done. I asked Julia and Hannah about it, but they shrugged, saying they didn’t notice anything. I even spoke to Dylan, who said she was having a low week and would be back to normal soon.
I was also shocked by how little I saw Vincent during the school week. He tended to show when Lucas acted up, but he was suspiciously absent. But I did capture glimpses of him around the school. He liked watching people, and you could always feel his icy gaze fixed on you now and again. I was just thankful he and Lucas weren’t fighting.
Friday had come and Lucas was over for dinner again. He was around more often seeming to prefer my house to his. He kept talking about a party that was happening tonight, and I was on the fence. But Lucas pouted, making me laugh at his attempt at begging.
Mother had heard our commotion from her office while Lucas and Da were talking about the place it was being held at.
“A party?” she said slowly, coming to the dinner table.
Da looked up with a happy wide smile. I was glad him and Ma were doing better these days.
I nodded, “It’s completely okay for you to say no.”
“You don’t need to ask for permission, Grace.” Da chuffed, smiling while his eyes danced with amusement.
He and Lucas had been a powerful duo these past few days. I didn’t know who the child was at times. But I think Lucas was winning.
Mother liked Lucas, but she didn’t know that it would most likely be me looking after him. Although it was a silent unspoken worry to my family that he would lure me into his ways, I still knew not to take anything he offered.
Mother hummed as she watched me over her cup of coffee. Her eyes glinting before she sighed, “Da is correct but I do expect you to be back before daybreak tomorrow. It will give me peace of mind.”
“I will make sure she will be back without one shoe, her carriage shall be back to a pumpkin, and the rags she is wearing will remain.” Lucas joked but yelped as Mother pinched his cheek.
“You’re so cute,” She spoke with a sweet smile before dumping her mug into the sink.
Lucas rubbed his cheek with a mutter, “At least someone sees my true self.” He clapped his hands before shooing me away, “Go get ready.”
“What about you?” I asked. Lucas hadn’t put clothes in the spare space in my closet yet. I didn’t know what he was changing into.
“Haven’t you heard? I’m cute, I don’t need to change.” Lucas said, pushing me out of the kitchen archway towards the stairs.
90%“Midnight, Lucas.” Father said curtly. His no-nonsense was clear as night and day. Normal people would nod in acknowledgement and take him seriously but not Lucas. He gave a chuckle and a wave as he walked around his car.
Father still didn’t like my newfound freedom, especially when Lucas was mentioned. But Lucas and I had an understanding to not rile him up.
Well, sort of.
“Sure thing, pops. I’ll bring your daughter home drunk and high as a kite. We might have to call the fire brigade to get her down once I’m down with her.”
Father’s jaw clenched, he snapped, “Midnight.”
“You shouldn’t upset him,” I said as Lucas got in the car with a satisfied sigh. I watched Father storm back into the house. His shoulders looked tense before slamming the front door closed.
Lucas shrugged, “He expects the worst from me.”
“He doesn’t.”
“He does. I have a name for myself, and I might as well play the part. Besides, he needs a joke or two for that stern exterior.”
I hummed, not really having the same opinion as him.
“I’m going to be a good boy tonight.” He effused after a small moment of silence. I couldn’t help but raise a brow at him.
“You will crack as soon as you enter the building.” I started, trying not to crack a smile.
I was assuming Lucas would drink, and I would have to call Da to pick us up. I was nervous about looking after a drunk Lucas. It was the main reason I wasn’t happy about going. The way Lucas was at our last party, I wouldn’t be able to handle that.
“Ouch! You wound me deeply. Now I need to drink to drown my sorrows of your lack of faith in me.” Lucas said dramatically, making me grin at him while he grasped his chest like he was in pain.
“Do you know whose party we are going to?” I asked.
“A friend of mine named Caleb. It’s his birthday party.”
“Shouldn’t we have brought him a gift?”
Was it rude of us to show up empty-handed?
Lucas laughed like I said the funniest thing ever, “Guppy, I’m a gift myself. What more could he want?”
“What a disappointing gift.” I uttered under my breath jokingly.
My comment made Lucas snap to me, his mouth agape at the audacity.
“I’ll turn this car around.” He said it like it was a threat, but it only made me laugh out loud. Lucas coughed as he focused back on the road. “He lives in the founder’s neighborhood, so I’m going to park further down the road.”
Father had mentioned the founder’s neighborhood. It was a rich street with spacious, massive, colonial-style houses on each side of the road. The street was long, and the road ended at the giant mansion that was the old town founder’s home, you could see at the start of the street.
A picture-perfect look of a harmonious community.
It’s what inspired Father to make our house with the colonial-style look. A style of light and dark bricks mixed together with the soft brown color of wooden panels made it stunning, homely. Mixtures of the old and new were beautiful. And looking at the houses as we passed them, they were equally beautiful, but I may be slightly biased as I preferred my own home. It was a shame to see each of them surrounded by brick walls and iron fences.
“Shall we?” Lucas asked once we stopped.
Cars were already parked, and more were packed further up the street. I nodded as we got out, and I felt a slight chill in the air. Summer was slowly leaving.
“Did I mention how beautiful you look tonight?” Lucas mumbled, stepping closer to me, grabbing at the soft fabric by my hips. I was wearing one of the summer dresses that I hadn’t worn this year.
I flushed at his attention, “You may have mentioned something like that before.” I whispered while Lucas looked down, waiting. I stopped the smile trying to form knowing he wanted me to comment on him.
Lucas huffed, “You know, compliments should be expressed back to those who give them.”
I was applauding myself for not cracking as I faked innocence with a cock of my head. “But Lucas, doesn’t everyone give them to you? I’m sure you’re tired of hearing the same words.”
Lucas gave a soft rumble that sounded like a growl as his mouth kissed my neck. “No words matter apart from yours.”
Even with our teasing manner, he made my chest ache and my stomach to flutter. Lucas’ sweet words could make anyone fall in love with him.
My breath hitched.
Was I in love with him? I thought as my chest ached again as Lucas smiled down at me. I could feel the fullness he brought to his small gestures, his words. How he made me feel…
I was… I was falling for my soulmate.
And that was okay. It was scary, maybe even terrifying, but I didn’t want to run. I didn’t want to hide like I did before. It was thrilling. It was addicting. If the other members of our circle were like him, I think I would burst if they showered me with attention like Lucas did.
“You’re thinking again,” Lucas said with a grin.
I wanted to tell him…
Could he feel it?
He looked calm as he pulled me towards where more people were walking too. I sensed his emotions, and he only expressed excitement as we got closer to the house that was beating with music.
Before I could say anything, Lucas stiffened next to me, making me turn when he came to a halt. His blue eyes were dark, entirely straight ahead, looking at the founder’s house at the end of the road. It was the biggest house on the estate. All the windows shone out bright lights as I could make out shadows walking past the lower ones.
“Lucas?” I asked hesitantly, not knowing why Lucas had such a strong reaction.
“Let’s go.” Lucas urged, pulling me towards the open gate.
His legs quickly ate up the distance to the large front door, forcing me to jog just to keep up. I was sure if I would fall Lucas would drag me instead of helping me up.
Whatever had happened back there was gone as Lucas went back to being relaxed. He pulled me further into the party. The smell of sweat and sweetness enveloped my nose. The music was full of bass that made my insides vibrate at how loud it was.
This party felt different then the last one I went too. This atmosphere felt wild and untamable.
The house had more people as crowds were everywhere. A handful of people were along the walls as sessions of people rubbing each other. A group of people surrounded a table with a few lines of white powder on it before dropping their heads down, sniffing it up.
Drugs. They were doing drugs. I thought as ice ran through me.
Lucas continued to tug me further in. His hand held mine like a vice grip as he pushed the crowd, making room. He looked like he knew where he was going.
“Apollo!” A random guy came up suddenly, slapping Lucas on the back. It sounded like it hurt, but Lucas didn’t even flinch at the brunt contact. “I heard you found one of your four!” The stranger slurred as his hazily eyes went to me.
I cringed back as he came close, his arms outstretched. I could smell a sourness from him as he took another step towards me. Thankfully Lucas pushed him away playfully, but I felt a slight irritation from him but his grin stayed put.
“No one wants to be touched by your drunken ass, Caleb.” Lucas spoke, pushing him back more.
Lucas watched with amusement as Caleb stumbled backwards before falling flat on his back with a gigantic bellow of a laugh.
Lucas shook his head, smirking down at the guy “Enjoy your night, big guy. Happy Birthday!” He shouted over the music as he pulled me somewhere else.
“Will he be, okay?” I asked, looking back at Caleb still on the floor, worried he may be trampled.
“Hmm?” Lucas followed my gaze. “Oh yeah, Caleb practically lives on the floor during his parties.”
Lucas dragged us to an area that was a little more quiet and less packed. Only a few people dwindled here. Some on another couch, kissing and touching without care for the audience. Lucas spared them a glance before he pushed me to an empty couch, looking out to the wild mass of people dancing and socializing.
“Do you want anything? Drink? Food?” Lucas asked, his eye’s only on me. He felt concerned, his hands rubbing my shoulder before wrapping them around me.
I shook my head while I felt the creeping feeling of anxiety start to rise.
“You, okay?” Lucas asked in my left ear.
A worrying pull came through our bond.
“It’s just different.” I gestured at the crowd with a quaking voice.
I then noticed smashed glass on the floor. It looked like a vase, but no one made a move to pick it up. My eyes went back to the table. I knew what was happening over there and how uncomfortable it made me.
“People are here to have a good time, Guppy.” Lucas spoke calmly, even reassuringly.
“It looks like destruction to me.” I said in a matter-of-fact tone.
Lucas smiled, giving a nod to the people around us. “Everyone here is looking for a way to escape. Who are we to judge that?”
I frowned, thinking it his way, but I couldn’t understand it. I never felt the need to destroy something, mine or not, or even felt the need to do drugs. It was confusing.
“Not interacting, Apollo?” A guy called out while a girl clung to him as she pulled his arm. Her pupils were wide and glazed. She even swayed. Maybe that’s why she stuck to the guy?
“Not this time.” Lucas said tightly, he leaned further into his seat like he wasn’t going to be moving anytime soon.
“Should have known your circle member would tame you.” The guy gave a gruff laugh while I stiffened at his words. He walked off, not caring that the girl tripped over her feet as he pulled her along with him.
Lucas frowned into the crowd. I felt him become twitchy, on edge that led to his jaw clenching. I didn’t know I was biting my lip until the sharp pain of made me concede the action. A bubble of worry twisted and turned.
Was I imprisoning Lucas? I glanced at him in the corner of my eye as he was deep in his own thoughts.
I wasn’t sure what to make of Lucas. This was a different side of hime than I had seen before. The party animal, the happy go lucky guy, and even his anger management side had not shown up for an appearance.
This was new.
I didn’t know how to react to this side of him.
Was he doing this for my sake? I didn’t want him to change into something he was not.
Lucas tilted his head as he stared at me, “What’s wrong? You want to go home?”
I quickly shook my head, “No, I just want you to be you. I want you to be comfortable.”
Lucas’s expressions softened as he reached for a hair strand twirling it before his palm pressed against my cheek, his blue eyes twinkling.
“You’re adorable.” He murmured, “For once in my life, I am being me, Guppy. I don’t need to look for an escape while I have you by my side.”
There he went again. His words pulled at my heart, making it swell with fullness, tugging it as he gave me a soft peck on my lips.
“I’m going to get us drinks.” He pointed to another room. “I’m going to be there, and I’ll come right back, okay?”
I nodded as he gave me a stern glance that surprised me again.
When did he become so bossy?
He was there and back again with an impressive speed, carrying two unopened water bottles.
“No one wants water, so the line is short.” He explained as I raised my eyebrows at his quickness.
Lucas gave a cough before looking back at me with a questioning look, “Do you mind if I smoke?”
I did a double take at his question. But I found myself stunned nodding making him smiled brightly at me before pulling out what he needed from his pocket.
His tongue came out slowly as he wet the paper for the roll he had prepared, the brown Tobacco strains mixed with green flecks. He eyed me as a slow smile formed on his lips, blue eyes full of the wicked delights that I knew he could bring.

Lucas’ bedroom was like the rest of the house.
Its wallpaper was worn, and the carpet ruined. In here, Lucas had burned holes randomly around, maybe he dropped cigarettes or something. He had an open built-in wardrobe, allowing me to see the massive chest at the bottom and a few hung-up clothes. The rest of his things were scattered on the ground, and his desk was messy with odd bits of junk. He had a bed that was pushed up against the wall, unmade.
It was what I imagined his room to be, but it felt more broken somehow. This wasn’t a messy young man’s room. This was someone not caring, someone, who didn’t think of this place as a home.
Lucas slumped on his bed before pulling out his side table draw, reaching for a ready-made blunt.
“Would it surprise you that this is tame?” He asked with venom, not directed to me but to the whole situation.
Seeing Lucas like this was heartbreaking. His family was broken.
I watched him silently as he struggled to strike his lighter a few times, but he managed on the fourth try, lighting the tip-up.
“Do you want to go back to mine?” I asked, still standing in the middle of his room, unsure what to make of this situation.
He felt so full there, unlike now as he felt empty, starved, his stomach ached, wanting to be filled.
I wanted to take him away.
“What, don’t want to experience the Moore family?” Lucas sneered. He was angry and embarrassed, and he was lashing out.
“I’m asking because I know you don’t want to be here,” I said softly, watching Lucas inhale another long pull of his blunt. The thick smoke poured out his mouth while his teeth rattled. I wanted to reach out and stroke his trembling hands to comfort him, but I didn’t know how to approach him. I felt like the worst person for him right now.
Lucas said nothing as he laid back on his bed, one arm under his head, he left the blunt to slowly burn between his lips.
“Why didn’t your dads get involved?” I finally asked. I couldn’t understand how they allowed their children to say things like that.
“Why would they?” He mumbled past the joint. I didn’t know what to say, how to feel or what to do.
I just stood there as Lucas laid on his bed gazing at me. I was shuffling on my feet, again debating to ask him to take me home. I was uncomfortable, and the way he was acting was a clear sign he didn’t want me here. He was so different, so uncaring, and I didn’t know what to say.
I decided to sit by his desk and nibble on some of the pizza he brought to his room. Only a few slices were left, and it was lukewarm like it had been ordered a while ago. I couldn’t stomach anymore as a sickly taint grew in my stomach.
“Can you take me home?” My voice trembled, I bit into my nails with uncertainty.
“You know where the door is.” Lucas snapped, his glare chilling me before his eyes went up the ceiling.
I was dismissed.
I sighed in defeat while I made my way to the door. I felt like nothing I would say would help the matter. He needed time to himself. But as soon as my hand grabbed the handle, Lucas cursed loudly, and his footsteps stomped behind me. His hands held me, pulling me close to him, my back to his chest, while his face went into my hair.
“Fuck! I’m sorry, Grace. I’m so sorry. I’m just so fucking ashamed and annoyed. I’m sorry, please don’t leave me.” He pleaded.
I could feel his face moved side to side in my hair. His arms squeezed me close as he opened the bond between us, allowing me to see. The desperation he felt was crushing. The loneliness he was experiencing wrapped our throats like a noose. It pulled, making us wheeze as Lucas clung to me tightly. Like I was his safety pole, his lifeline.
I could feel the wetness in my hair while Lucas shuddered behind me, “Please don’t leave me here, alone.”
“I’m here. I’m not leaving you.” I whispered, stroking his arms that quaked.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you.” Lucas sounded frantic along with the way he kissed my head and neck multiple times, thanking me.
“I didn’t want you to see it.” He whispered, knowing what he meant had a double meaning. He didn’t want me to see his family, or how incredibly miserable he was. “I hate this.” He moaned, holding me, “I hate them… I hate…”
Lucas was a lost soul, broken and so angry at the world but mostly himself. His self-hatred drove him to drugs and alcohol. The dark sticky writhing vortex that was his mind, it dragged him down to the point of suffocation, and he didn’t know how to get out.
He held me there for a while.
I stood there quietly, allowing him to take what he needed from me. None of us said anything but I felt a few drops of tears run down my neck. I wished he allowed me to turn and hug him, but I think he didn’t want me to see his face. So, I stood there, stroking his arms as I tried to ignore the ache that was growing every time he kissed my neck.
I didn’t know how our emotions shifted. But Lucas was feeling the effect, too, by the growing hardness on my back. I felt his hips grind against me.
“I’m sorry,” I spoke feeling embarrassed. He didn’t need to feel my burning desire for him while he was breaking. It was wrong, he needed comfort not… this.
“Never feel sorry for what you’re feeling.” Lucas whispered, his hands now gliding down my own arms. “Can I… can I make it up to you, Grace?” He asked hesitantly, making my core flared up as his hands slipped under my shirt. He was touching my bare skin, his fingers grazing just under my bra.
I knew what he was hinting at.
“You’re sad.” I whispered, leaning back on him, needing him to touch me more.
“Just you being here brightens any hell that I’m in Grace. Just let me thank you, trust me.” He spoke softly in my right ear. The memory of us jumping off the cliff came to me. I was starting to feel the adrenaline again. It was my turn to tremble.
I nodded, and his hands went up, touching my bra. His hands palmed my breast from under my shirt, he panted from behind me. I could feel him, even with the thickness of my bra. The heat of his fingers was softly stroking over my nipples, making them pucker under his attention.
I was blazing from his touch. It felt close to overwhelming, and I was about to ask him to stop this torment, but his fingers pulled at my bra, spilling my breast out. Lucas was swift, his fingers pinched at my nipples in a soft tug, making me arch with a moan.
“Is this, okay?” He murmured, twirling them between his thumbs and fingers.
Did he expect me to reply? Instead, I rapidly nodded as he tugged them again. I didn’t know if I wanted my top off to see him caressing my breast, but the hidden view made it strangely arousing.
Each pull, each twirl, each stroke sent a bolt down between my legs. He was like a puppeteer as my hips thrust at nothing, I couldn’t stop. One of his hands snaked down my stomach and fingered the waistline of my jeans. I felt myself freeze as I waited to see what he would do.
“Can I?” He asked, his finger slightly sliding under my hip.
Did I? I panted as I thought for a moment. Lucas didn’t do anything while he was waiting for me to think with a clear mind. The ache of my clit throbbed as it was starving to be touched.
“Okay,” I whispered hoarsely.
“Are you sure?” He asked again, his hand rubbing my stomach, his mouth back on my neck.
I nodded, thrusting at nothing again.
His hand dipped under my pants and underwear, making my breath hitch. Lucas didn’t allow me to think, his other fingers pulled and turned my left nipple, forcing a moan up my throat. His fingers were dancing towards the ache. Bringing their own heat like his breath next to my ear, deep inhales and long exhales.
“I got you,” he whispered as his finger hit home on my clit.
I jerked at the new sensation. My body instantly thrusted towards his touch, but his other hand quickly left my nipple to hold our hips together.
“Let me take care of you, Grace.′ His voice was like velvet, lips pursuing down my neck, a singular finger twirled, making me writher.
I sighed. I could feel his hard-on rub against me. He thrusted, wanting, making me get hotter and hotter. My moan sounded vulgar as I experienced a climb I never grasped before. A soft pressure was felt as he confidently touched me, working me up to a tremble.
My body kept twitching and jerking, needing more of what he could give me. I wanted him to stop this agony. I needed more than these slow circles of his finger. I didn’t know how I knew this, but I rode the wave of desire without true thought.
“Please!” I begged for mercy. Just enough to be classed as a murmur, but he heard me. A dark chuckle came from him before his tongue glided down, making me feel the metal ball on his tongue.
His finger stopped making me cry in protest, but it instantly cut short into a scream as his finger dived into me. His finger felt hot and solid as I clenched around him, needing to feel him go deeper. My hips struggle to break free of his hold. They had a mind of their own as I couldn’t help but squirm for more.
He was inside me!
Lucas’s free hand went over my mouth, muffling my cries. I couldn’t stop my thrust while Lucas mumbled into my ear.
“So wet for me.” he hummed into my neck as I heard the dirty sounds of my arousal.
No matter how much I moved, his finger didn’t budge.
“Please!” Desperate wasn’t a close enough word of what I was feeling right now.
Lucas moaned out when I felt his thumb against my clit, giving me something to rub on. His little gift was a perfect combo to allow me to lose my dignity.
“Let go, Grace.” Lucas’s movement of his fingers at a quicker pace. All thoughts left me as I chased after something I hadn’t achieved before.
I was sweating, panting, while I looked down at the sight of his hand under my trousers. I felt his hardness at my backside, but any awkward thoughts were long gone as I rubbed against his hand. It was nearly all too much for me as we both struggled on our own breathing as our movement became erratic.
“I got you, baby. Let go.”
His words, my god, his words did something as something inside me got released. My cry of pleasure went louder when I felt another plunge of a finger from him, sending me deeper off the dark edge.
My body arched with a cry, making my legs give out. I didn’t even notice Lucas held me up while I shuddered out the dark wave of heat. My skin felt sensitive, and my mouth became dry as the bond between Lucas and me hummed in pleasure. Soaring me higher into a daze bubble.
It was nothing like I ever experienced.
This was true bliss.
My mind didn’t even react as Lucas’s fingers came out, leaving a soft wet trail up my lower stomach. My own desire glistened on his two fingers, and they went straight in his mouth. Another groan came from him as his storm-like eyes spiked, sending another jolt of pleasure between us.
