Circe falls in love with a mortal Glaucus(?) and she goes to see her grandmother Tethys-and refers to her as “great nurse of the world’s waters. Born like her husband from the Dawn of ages from mother earth herself” to help this mortal. In exchange for blessing him, Circe’s grandmother 👵🏼 makes her swear that she will not lie with him….

The Titans… there were Titans ones at the dawning of the world, but Circe’s great uncle Cronos had heard a prophecy that one day his child would overthrow him

Kronos is married to Rhea and he goes on and eats every child that is born from him. Raya gave him a stone in a swaddle, and Kronos ate it, and this rescued baby was Zeus. Zeus went on to grow up and shoot a thunderbolt down his father’s throat, regurgitating his brothers and sisters, who named themselves the Olympians. so begins the divide between the old gods and new gods… “the grudges of gods are as deathless as their flesh, and on feast night my uncles gathered close at my father’s side”
