Saige just finished her training in the cube even though they definitely tried to make sure she didn’t make it through. She got a hint from one of the watchmen about the hallucinogen that was given, but Saige didn’t really have time to think about why he did that for her.

Avi is starting to realize that the system within the Union is flawed, she starts questioning things that are happening and wondering why Lower Residents aren’t even treated humanely.

Saige has been exonerated and sent to basically a concentration camp.

Saige has been set to be executed and as I is trying to figure out how to make it stop. She is starting to kind of question the elite system that has been built because they’re trying to put Saige to death for a crime she did not commit. The life for a life clause was just discussed with her father to see if she can stop the execution from commencing.
