Was not expecting so much gratuitous violence that I would genuinely start to switch off from this story. But it’s too much actually, like, I get it, the king is a knob.

“Please don’t be something disgusting,” I said under my breath as I tipped the blob out onto the grass. Artifacts weren’t the only things hidden below; there were occasional bones, too, and in a thick, foul smelling pool deep in the bog, I’d once found a shriveled hand still covered in leathery skin.
