SUCH A GREAT BOOK! Probably top 10.. if not top 5 all time. To shock me is no small feet, and the writing on top of all that is stunning. The imagery and words chosen is top tier. And there’s even a little spice and romances for me. Hehehe 🤭🩷

That is one of those things that this book will never reread the same way because I’ll never be able to read that again for the first time. And I truly have not been able to predict how this book will end or these characters next actions. I predicted what happened in the past and that Cole was orchestrating something.. but I’m constantly shocked.

…. 😭😭😭 I had forgotten about Cole punching (and kicking I’m pretty sure) Taylor in the stomach to try to force her to miscarry HIS child.. 😡🤬😤😭🥺 oh my gosh.. when I tell you.. I SLAMMED that book shut and paced. I knew he was crazy, but I wasn’t prepared. I was STRESSED. 😫 he’s so unpredictable.

It’s set on a Caribbean island while a hurricane goes through there… and I started the book in Puerto Rico while a hurricane was about to pass by. So, very funny coincidence lol. I LOVE all the drama. I have been able to predict all the juiciest bits, but I honestly think that I’m just that good lol, I don’t think it’s bad writing. And even predicting it, it’s been very entertaining.
