They didn't use that lasso move in the anime. They were all skeletons, not a mixture of skeletons and zombies and other undead.

The young adventurers didn't stand a chance. And the young wizard boy turned out to be a girl. She was killed slowly and cruelly by the psychopathic assassin.

It's a pity that the anime didn't include the scene for the registration where Ainz was tricked into providing a picture for his new "pet." I think the girl just wanted to have a cute picture of Hamasuke to keep.

It's interesting that in the manga, Ainz actually did battle with the Wise King and we got to see it use a charm effect on him. The only one affected was Aura, but that was probably because she allowed it.

And this is how Ainz messed up. He provided super rare potions like they were candy and Albedo's name was slipped out.

The anime actually made the fight with the goblins and ogres to be much more substantial than this. It was a way to show off each of the low-ranking adventurers and then compare them to Ainz in his alter-ego, Momon the Adventurer, who slew ogres with a single strike.

That disciplinary chop Ainz did on Nabere wasn't quite as humorous as it was in the anime. She actually made a cute noise when it happened that still makes me laugh.

Lol! Shalltear absolutely disrespected Albedo with that entrance! Just slammed the door into her face and crumpled her to the floor! The contrast of seriously evil and ultra powerful beings with their antics is what makes this series so enjoyable.
