I am attempting a re-read of this series now that my life situation has changed drastically. I first read the series at the start of my trauma healing journey. This was before I found a PTSD specialist and back when I was involved in an (unbeknownst to me at the time) abusive relationship (both with my ex and ex best friend). How times change. I'm curious to read this now with wiser eyes and a healthier view of love.

Actually, on second thought, I have no interest in re-reading this series. I'm content to leave it in the past where it helped a younger me through a very difficult time and just leave it at that. Not because I don't want to "ruin" the series. But because it's not really relevant to me now and there are other books/media I'd like to consume instead with my limited time.
