I'm about done with the book and I'm so frustrated with our h, Pepper. I like strong independent female leads and Pepper is the exact opposite!! No self worth, no confidence, body image problems a mom who treats her like a slave and doesn't help with Peppers self confidence or body issues...WTF I need her to grow a back bone and love herself at any size!!!
