Huey understood the meaning of what Fanon was saying about organizing the lumpen proletariat first(..) that if the organization didn't relate to the lumpen proletariat and give a base for organizing the brother who's pimping, the brother who's hustling, the unemployed, the downtrodden, the brother who's robbing banks, who's not politically conscious(..)the power structure would organize these cats against you.
