Book is interesting. Currently in chapter two the author is pointing out the current system of governance over large projects in the US is burdened by bureaucracy. Author has gone over how cities adopt a culture of innovation and industry that is difficult to replicate by simply throwing a lot of people in an area. Cities have gone from elevators to a better life to luxury goods for the wealthiest Americans.
