Eleanor's father is clearly inspired by Mr Woodhouse which is fun for me since I'm just re-reading Emma and George is clearly modeled after Anne Lister. Fun times! It looks like we might get to see the queer scene soon.

I think this actually might be Emma Variation? Not retelling because some of the elements are missing entirely, but...
The love interest's name is George and the protagonist is Eleanor which seems close enough. Her father is either ill or hypochondriac and she takes care of their estate.
She is helping to find a match for her cousin Charlotte who is clearly going to end up with a farmer continuation below
