To quote my mother ‘it was alright’. This was alright but I don’t think it like knocked my socks off or anything. Marshall was a pretty badass character but honestly with all the different perspectives I feel like I didn’t learn enough about him. Too many chapters from the bad guys povs I don’t care about them at all. I liked the cop and the marshal though they were both pretty good. I feel like it weirdly

Tried to make you relate to the baddies by making them have sick sisters or dead wives or whatever but then they’re also chopping up people so I’m like nah, no thanks. The Dallas man ended up pretty lame and the twist at the end was a bit meh. But for a shoot em up badass book it was alright. Would be keen for a more Marshall focused story.
