One Goodreads reviewer in regards to this text said, “Yapper Yapperson” says nothing for 200 plus pages. I’m beginning to fear they might be right!

While I see the not so subtle metaphor emerging from this text, I’m still not seeing what’s so terrifying about this novel to the reader. That being said, I do like this quote on page 93, “…a found object is always cursed.”

The back and fourth narrative between the past and present, with the film’s screen play mixed in for good measure is an engaging touch. Still not sure what’s going to happen, but it has Halloween 3 vibes so far, that’s the one with the masks.

Finally arrived, if this novel is half as interesting as its cover and packaging, I’m in for a Goodread!😂
