i got through about half of the book on my train rides yesterday. i’m surprised by how relatable it is. ig i stumbled upon this book at a time when i’m feeling very off center

i was on a walk when i found this book in front of a random house in a box labeled “free.” i’m not spiritual and i’ve never read any kind of self-help book but this book intrigued me so i’m giving it a shot.
