I think they're trying to make us all leave, so they can shut the site down and merge all our reviews into Amazon.

From the font I can tell that was written a long time ago.
Back when you could get notifications on comments.
(they missed their opportunity to hire you as a consultant on the new logo, obv)
The fact that when I look up a popular Anglophone author all the book titles are in Turkish, is actually cosmopolitan
