Getting into the endgame. Lots of thoughts, definitely a top 5 fr. Review’s going to be a corker.

Loving it. 60% in and it’s clear that when the dust settles, it’s the unresolved parts of you that stick with you the longest.

Loving the pace and stillness of the west. A stillness where you notice the smallest movements around you. I loved the line “The Owls competed with the snakes for the mice.”

They say never meet your heroes. McMurtry does a great job of making you see folk heroes go from myth to man , pitiful and drunken.
