My favorite animals covered so far are the Greenland Shark, the Swift, and the Bat (of course). It’s a good book and very interesting to get all this background on these animals over history. Poachers are awful people.

I still really like the Greenland Shark entry because I think it’s really interesting. The Swift section is also interesting; I never knew that they were that fantastic of animals. “A swift flies about 124,000 miles a year, the Earth has a circumference at the equator of 24,901 miles,” the author writes.

Here’s to animal conservation and preserving our planet!

I actually started this book weeks ago, and I did put it into Goodreads, but apparently it didn’t save. I put it on hold after getting the second and third books of the Eldrasian Chronicles, but now I’m picking it back up. After this it is of to Fireborn (1 & 2). So far the Greenland Shark has been my favorite!
