this story was the most upsetting. frogs betrayal, and toads humiliation. it was too much to bare.

I quite liked “A lost button”, it had some cute illustrations and the cherry on top was when he sewed all the buttons they found that weren’t his onto a jacket for Frog to thank him for all his troubles.

I didn’t quite like “the story” as much, and that it was quite repetitive and pointless but then I realized this is like a book for 5 year olds and realized it was actually quite adorable, in thought atleast, all toad wanted to do was think of a story to tell frog, who was sick 😢
