I was excited to read this, and while I agree with some of it, i.e. like refraining from social media until a certain age, I got frustrated with his rhetoric. Women were more anxious because of their appearances only? It couldn't be because we had more access to more perspectives and information instead of just living in our little bubbles. Plus some harmful anti-trans stuff thrown in the middle there. DNF.
