Kaladin is an insanely complex character. I love the way his story is being told in time jumps, it’s slowly piecing together who he is for me. I know he led an army, i know he was supposed to learn to be a master surgeon, i know hes enslaved. But how he gets to any of those i have no idea and i love it. I would like to think that Syl is connected to his life as a child. Maybe thats how ressurection works now?

Lots of focus from jasnah and shallan on the conflict of religious vs non-religious - once we’re in charge of the government (hierocrracy) - could still be spreading lies - I believe they are
