Dude has the audacity to say anyone born in the 2000s doesn’t know what boredom is bc of tech. Excuse me but my parents didn’t even own a tv for most of my childhood and I didn’t get a phone till 17 so pardon my lack of ignorance I well know what it’s like ty ✌️

“I like this Jesus and want to follow Him.”
The context is giving progressive Christianity 💀
You can’t just take the pieces of Jesus that you like and leave the rest 🤦‍♀️

I think this pastor is missing the point in all of these parables. Yes Jesus didn’t hurry, but he also didn’t try to avoid the pain that came from waiting. There was a lot of hurt that came from Him taking His time on both sides but He didn’t overlook that hurt. He lived it. Part of living a slow life is accepting the hurt everyone else is running from and learning to grieve and then to live again 🫠
