About the car bodies: 50 years later and we still don't use plastic car bodies (and the Trabbi went out of production shortly after reunification). The graphic design chapter wasn't great. And I struggled with the traditional Japanese house chapter (if they're so superior why do they get abandoned so much?).

Enjoyed it so far. One feels that this was written 50 years ago but it's still somewhat true. However, about the essay "Living Language": a blacksmith doesn't show horses, that's a farrier. And the horse usually isn't tied up inside the shop but outside. Country kids will notice.
