I don't know how to say this more nicely: the writing style is making me want to bang my head on a wall.
The prose is so rambly and all over the place, I don't like to be TOO into a character's brain, reading every thought, it takes me out of the story. It's also incredibly boring. And the characters themselves are so boring and unlikeable (and I'm only 40 pages in!!)
Honestly I'd DNF this but it's part of my '25 b
