The situation changed (1970s, post-Fordism), the system couldn't reproduce itself, excess capital, land, labor CRISIS! Through chapter one. It's interesting reading this and hearing Gilmore's voice in my head. It was a lot of theory and definitions just now, but I think I'll learn a lot. One detail that matches up with Gilmore's interviews is her definition of racism as the state-sanctioned production of vulnerability to premature death for specific groups (not easy to put succinctly).
