I love Urt, he was all like “monsters are eventually going to come annihilate humanity, I must do something about this… hey guys do you want to learn how to fight the monsters” and when the humans were like “yeah that sounds like something we should do” his solution was to unleash some of the monsters early so that people could practice 💀💀💀

Update I’m re-reading What Lies Beyond and Gladdic was there when he + Dante + Blays + Winden were taking the Spear to Narashtovik and they totally spend the night with the Broken Herons on the journey. I guess maybe Gladdic thinks the Broken Herons are an exception to the rest of the Norren because Dante + Blays are members
