Interesting point made in the last few sections about ENM exposing our insecure attachments within ourselves.
I would not have reflected on our using monogamy as a crutch for insecurities we have within ourselves.

The last couple of chapters were to introduce non monogamy types in a sexual and emotional exclusivity types, as well as exploring the value of secure attachments and their relation to your relationship quality rather than your relationship structure.

There was an interesting line in this chapter saying that opening your relationship without securing it will expose its faults.

Very interesting concepts related to statements related to attachment, generational trauma as well as a novel concept I’ve never heard of coined “ pre traumatic stress disorder” particularly speaking on our relationship with our planet.
Exciting to learn next about how this contributes to our perception on monogamy and non monogamy
