So many twists and turns, the story changes direction and presents information that I have no idea how it relates to the story. But it’s interesting. Then suddenly. It connects.

Interesting and it has grabbed me from the first page. Lamb’s writing is varied and the cadence is varied so you get a sense of the character’s mood. I don’t think I’ve read someone else’s writing like this.
