The T-Rex scene in the movie gives me goosebumps every time but the book? The scene in the book is far more harrowing.

I am enthralled but I also heard loud bird noises coming from the reserve and at this hour of night, paired with this book, I am calling it for the evening.

This prologue is fascinating because it takes place in a world where the word 'raptor' is not associated with 'velociraptor', a testament to the cultural impact of the film adaptation.
