Disappointed in their perspective and judgement of farming. Too many easy ways to research, visit, and talk with farmers for a fuller picture. If the authors can't take the time to understand current animal husbandry, or research the work of Temple Grandin, or search how many farms are able to use non-edible food waste (think peanut shells or other husks), then did they sufficiently research period?
