After finishing part one, I can say that I’m really enjoying this so far. The worldbuilding is fun if stock, the action is great, and I’m really loving the dark nature of the plot. Also, the narration for the audiobook is excellent. However, the writing could be better and the characters, especially the lead, are uninspired. Still, I’m really interested in seeing where this goes. Good fun.
