This volume got super intense after the first third out of nowhere and now it feels so tonally different.

Subaru genuinely should get married to Rem after all this idgaf what idealized form of Emilia you want to glaze. Rem can guide subaru in this new world so well.

Okay trying to immerse myself in two high fantasy worlds simultaneously is so ridiculously impossible wow.

I'm currently playing The Witcher 1 on PC from 2007, and I've been easing myself back into the Witcher world since it's been 2 years since I read The Last Wish and Sword of Destiny. I'm actually starting to enjoy it again. I remember it being very "binge-able" if nothing else.

Anyway, I'll finish this volume.

When Subaru says he remembers there's something he can still do in spite of everything during his time with the Karsten house, he better be referring to Return by Death.

This mf fucking everything up and NEVER using the ability that got me hooked into the series is NOT what I signed up for. Get it together bud.

Karsten woman is cool. And for the love of God Subaru you'd be better off with Rem or even Ferris atp.
