The book ended. Nona went into the tomb… and fused with Alecto? And John was killed and said “Hello Annabelle?” Idk

Harrow is back, but Nona is in the passenger seat of her body. The group is the in the River. They’re driving a truck to a big tower (tower was also referenced in dreamland in previous chapter).

Nona also gave up and let herself die, but Paul (Camilla + Palemedes) reminded her that Noodle was with them.

Nona’s love for Noodle saved them all.

I think God killed Earth. I think maybe God reached out and touched the soul of Earth, and used it to try to stop the FTL ships from escaping. He nuked the entire Earth to stop people from leaving others behind.

He wasted his chance to save people, and scarred the planet. He killed the rest of the system too, including the Sun.

Gideon’s (?) body woke up and turns out to be possessed by “Gaia”, one of the saints of the Emperor. She’s one of the Tower Princes, like Ianthe Naberius.


Nona has been forgiven by Hot Sauce. We found Hot Sauce’s name comes from the fact that she just likes hot sauce, since it goes on everything. Nona is back in the gang.

Nona and her crew (+ BoE people, [crown, pash, etc]) are looking for the 6th folk.

The corpse woke up!

“Hey Sex Pal, long time no see”

Nona also kissed her before she resurrected, and it was a little confusing… Nona thinks she may have imagined it?

Cassiopeia gave 6th house instructions 15 years ago to escape something. It seems insurrection has been in the works for a while, and many people were in on it.

Pyrha is pretending to be The Saint of Duty to trick Ianthe. Nona is going to break into a Cohort compound to steal the corpse. She’ll have to dress none other than Harrowhark.

Also, loved the codes:

One of Nona’s nicknames was None.

Huge gunfight. All cards on the table with Angel. Palamedes revealed himself to her. Nona and Cam are shot. Hot Sauce pulled the trigger for some reason on the two, and finally learned Nona’s true nature as the “Lyctor Project” for BoE.

Chapter ended with Nona getting shot point blank.

Final day of school. Angel gave the kids (and Nona) survival tips for the city. Nona gathered the drawings of the classroom doggy, but the science teacher “The Angel” saw Nona’s and was really shocked.

I bet Nona didn’t draw Noodle like normal, it may have included a lot of anatomy and bones and stuff.
