Too predictable.

The author has not made any main characters that I would miss if they died. They are very one dimensional. An angry woman wanting to prove herself. A vengeful woman searching for her son. A clueless man searching for answers.

More interested at this point to see what the bad guys can do.

Also can he stop describing Spurt every time the dumb centipede thing eats some porridge?

Had to take a break from the gulag. Don’t like the narrator of this book.

How big is Orca??? Seems like she has been described as taller and broader than every man and woman in this book.
