I think it’s interesting how well someone with sociopathy can practice mindfulness. Like since they have the lack of emotion, they can easily observe their thoughts and impulses without judgment.

Love the ethical qualms that the author raises such as further to be good in the world they also needs to be bad, like there needs to be opposing forces. I definitely do not agree with the most if not all, but I do like to challenge my own viewpoint.

As a big Criminal Minds fan, so far highly enjoying psychoanalysis of a different mindset. The history of sociopathy & the current diagnosis system is quite fascinating. As well as, ethical questions that are raised such as, in certain countries with only this diagnosis, you could put in prison for life (with no prior criminal record).
