When it takes a quarter of the book to introduce the love interest I know something good is cooking 😏 the fact that Sera used to have a crush on him adds to the tea and I can’t wait to see where it all goes. As always I love a man who is good with kids and Luke is already providing that. All the side characters are absolutely adorbs as well, banter is cute and funny, Clemmie being my fave chaotic evil gal

I’m obsessed. Mandanna’s previous book has been one of my favourite reads of the year and so far this is giving the fun characters and energy I got before. So so excited to keep reading :))
