This is not whimsical already since its not fun and lighthearted. Which doesn't bother me overmuch but it is however starting to read like a dark reskin of Howls Moving Castle. At first I was intrigued by the comparison but I'm already very disappointed the author seems to just want to write a gritty remake with slight differences
