There's something about Hazelwood's writing and humor that just hits the right spot for me. She KNOWS how to write a deeply vulnerable, intelligent heroine. And she knows how to create the perfect hero to complement her female protagonists. Though I'm not far in the book, I can tell this is another Hazelwood winner.

I'm beginning to realize that I don't necessarily dislike New Adult. It's just that I've been reading trash New Adult all this time. Now I know how a good New Adult book should read. Honestly, the characters read more mature than most late twenty-somethings.
