In my book I think Mo would be celebrating the holidays with his fellow shipmen, he doesn't hardly get off the ship so it wouldn't change for the holidays.

In the story, Mo thinks he just needs to finish his work day by day and he'll survive the war and make it home safe to his friends. This to him is success so that's all he's looking for.

One of The conflicts Mo is going through is when Moses calls Rudi mentally less fortunate. Moses is far bigger and stronger than Mo but Mo decides to stand up to him anyway. He loses the fight big time but still defends his friend Rudi overall.

The actor who represents my character is Ashton Kutcher. I think this because Ashton is cool enough to play a war hero but could also play a socially awkward kid, which is my character.

I'm on page 67, and I think the war is a symbol in this book. I think the war represents Moris's friend group breaking up and having to find their way without each other.

The setting in my book right now is a warship in Vietnam. The text says, "My home has grass and trees. I don't see any grass and trees here.' 'Sailor, you lack imagination, look at those mighty oaks right above us' I point up at the big brute 8-inch guns".

I think my narrator is very reliable. My book is from a first-person point of view. My narrator gives everything in a very straight-to-the-point kind of way. When he is swayed by his emotions he acknowledges that and corrects himself. Also, a lot of the story is told through other characters dialogue so we get many points of view in several instances.

I am on page 46 of the book. Morris, the main character and the narrator, and his friends have just shipped off to Vietnam. Morris is on a battleship in the Navy and is without all his friends. When he gets on the ship they give him a new nickname, Mo. He doesn't like it at all but decided he'd rather get along with his crewmates than fight a nickname.The book is being told from a first-person point of view right now
