Foreword >> interesting, but not terribly engaging
1. Yan >>> 3.5 stars, great elements
2. Hours of the Cat's Eye >>> 1.5 awkward, largely bungled
3. The Complete Compleat Gardener >>> 3, good elements but uneven in parts.
Many reviewers of this volume said it was better than Vol 1. So far, I'm not seeing it. Vol 1 had far more "bite".
