ah I remember reading "If You Could See the Sun" and it was meh 🫤 totally wasn't as academic rivals to lovers as people claimed it to be. hopefully this one is better!

Yeah, I remember seeing that one too! From the cover and synopsis, I actually thought it was more of a historical fiction at first 😅I was really drawn to the cover art on this one. It definitely looks and sounds more like an academic rivals kind of story, so I’m hoping it delivers on that front too!
