Im sorry but i cant tell if the author plays dnd or just has a working understanding. You would let your players know that they can die! It shouldnt come as a shock! And also the reaction is so funny, there are ways to bring them back but i guess i get being attached to a character. Even when im just as excited to make a new one if one dies 🤷‍♀️
