You can't talk to it because it draws breath from our unspoken words. It's the simple truth we all ignore. The simple truth we love to hate because no one likes to face reality. Fragile and wonderful, simple and unpretentious. It's the most beautiful color in the world.

Maybe I was suffering from a disorder. Maybe I was still in shock. Maybe I was schizophrenic, unhinged, or broken beyond repair. I didn't care. I needed to escape myself, to push away all the truths that wanted to resurface.
