this book is actually pretty interesting. it was a class assignment, but i’m surprised at how curious i am to keep reading. it’s basically a theological diss track aimed at bart ehrman, who argues that jesus isn’t God or divine. he also claims the entire new testament has no real validity, making jesus’s life and work irrelevant. this book pushes back on all of that—it’s wordy, but it’s been good so far
