Started it last night, finally went to bed, and dreamed all night of ODC. Wickham!!!!! Need I say more? He has swindled Hertfordshire and caused Mr. Bennet's heart to give him trouble due to the stress of what he has done to his poor girls. Elizabeth went to London and she and Uncle Gardiner approached Mr. Darcy for his help. Did they make a deal with the devil?

OMG!!! I cannot put this down. I am an emotional wreck. The machinations of Wickham have been amazing. He is worse than we thought. Lydia is such a.... I do not have the words. Jeffers has taken us on a wild ride as Darcy and the authorities circle ever closer to capturing Wickham. Such detail in the writing has me on the edge of my seat.

OMG!!! The suspense, the intrigue, the suspense, the anticipation as our favorite men of P&P attempt to catch a thief. Oh-My-Gosh, Mr. Gardiner alone with Mr. Bennet are awesome as they play their part. Mr. Darcy and Our Dear Colonel make my head swim as they collect evidence to capture a rogue, deceitful rat bastard. And then... LYDIA throws a wrench in the works. Lawd, that girl....
