Got this as a NetGalley ARC. Unfortunately, I dislike the writing immensely so far.

1. The black cat was black? Wow, what a vivid description. Also, shouldn't it be fur, not hair?
2. Was this book edited at all or did we just throw out a rough draft?
Haha, also brillant. 😂 - If I were the editor, I would first tear at my "silky black hair", then cry a little, and finally decide to market the author’s literary mishaps as a personal style of a genius.
