I don't know, but my interest is no longer being held by this book, sadly.
There's inconsistency with the characters, and even though I specifically wanted to read this because it was being compared to CC, this just feels way too similar for me to ignore.
I know CC isn't the only urban fantasy out there with the same premise. It's just way too similar. I did enjoy the pages I read. I am just not interested anymore

I was going to start this series but it’s got such conflicting reviews 😭 sorry this didn’t deliver 🩷
I can agree, It really fell off for me at the end.
