I will say the plot line really dragged out that it became annoying to read the same thing over and over again
But the rosekiller was soooooo well done that I am not that mad about it . Like truly the best rosekiller

Omg this is probably the best Rosekiller I’ve ever read
Barty always does something to Evan. He tries his best not to squirm, not to whine, not to beg to have the sword pointed at his own throat next. He loves the moment when Barty is still fighting with himself, still deciding whether he wants to kill Evan or fuck him. Sleeping with Barty is like playing a game of Russian roulette. And it sets Evan on fire.
